Greetings, I am Arm Allah , Music , Something from the essentials that you really need to know is the difference between Vector and Raster , I'vie explained the difference between Vector and Raster in a solo video , you can go check it out, you'll find the link for the video in the description , you'll find me explaining minutely the difference between Vector and Raster and it contains really important information , but as for now what we need to know is , Vector is the image that USN't composed of pixels, while Raster is the image the is composed of pixels , Why does it compose pixels? and why not? , you can check on the video that I explained minutely this subject in , another thing from the essentials is the resolution , As we already discussed in the video that I explained the difference between Vector and Raster , that an image is formed of a group of small squares side by side which are called Pixels , when these squares or pixels are put together in a specific arrangement and different color gradients , with a big number or a small one , at the end, it forms the final image , Resolution is the number of pixels in an inch or in a certain space of the image , if we looked here to the image that we have, it's the same picture in both sides , but the difference between it is that the image on the right has small amount of pixels or has low resolution , so I was able to notice the difference in resolution by sight since I was able to see the pixels , but the image on the left is a high resolution image , too high that my eyes can't see its pixels or the small squares of colors in it , Does that mean that the image on the left is not composed of pixels? No! , any image is composed of pixels , but the image on the left has a really high resolution that you can't notice the pixels with your eyes , but if we zoomed in , by the last zooming in range , you can see the small squares but in a very small size , what gave me an indication of how high the resolution is , that the number of the pixels is too high to notice , for example,if we looked at the hand in the image, I can count the number of its pixels by sight , I mean the small squares of colors in the hand , but if we looked to the image on the right and compared it to the one on the left with the high resolution , we'll see that we can't notice the pixels in the one on the left and according to this we can't count its number because it's highly numbered , So as you look you say I can improve the resolution in all of my designs , since it's that cool that as high the resolution gets the clarity of the image becomes better and it become more sharp , it will become more beautiful , No, actually as you higher the resolution which that you are putting more information in the design , but as a result the size of your design or image becomes bigger , so it's not possible to make the resolution of high number but with no change in size , it has a limit that you can't higher the resolution more than it or lower than a certain limit , so your design could have all the requirements that it's designed for , as we start working we'll know when to make the resolution high or low and according to what do we change it , but at first we should know what is the meaning of resolution? and what is the meaning of pixels? , So the concept is that you understand what is the meaning of an image that is composed of pixels that exist side by side , and how the resolution indicate to the number of pixels , the last thing that we need to know before we start in the program , is the difference between 8 Bit and W Bit , Bit is 2 power a number , so 8 Bit is 2 power 8 , 2 power 8 equals W colors , 8 Bit pallet of colors looks just as the one that we are looking at right now , it contains W colors that I can use , so it gives me a permission to use any color from these W colors , W Bit is 2 power W which gives us W,W colors that I can freely use , so it gives us a color pallet that is, of course, much bigger than the one that 8 Bit gives us , as I said before that the more information you put in the image the bigger the size , and the bigger the size the better processor that we need , When will we deal with 8 Bit? and when will we deal with W Bit? , Most of the designs that we create we will be using 8 Bit , Let's first see what does it mean that I have a color pallet? , and what are the merits of having an image with 8 Bit or W Bit? , This image from left to right is 8 Bit, W Bit and W Bit , as we can clearly see with 8 Bit when the colors are limited and only W , when I try to make color gradient if we have more than one level of the color, I can easily notice the difference between the colors , there will be some kind of waves in the image , these waves are actually from the demerits in images , if I did't notice it then that's the reason why I used 8 Bit or W Bit , this color gradient was lessened when I made the picture with W Bit but my eyes still can see it , if I made the image higher into W Bit this made the color gradient so smooth that I can't even notice the color gradient , Those two pictures are the same but the one on the left is 8 Bit and the one on the right is W Bit , How did I realize that? , if you noticed the background you'll see that there's color gradient and I could see its demerit which is the waves of the colors , if I looked on the right I did't see the color gradient , Why? Because this image is W Bit while the other one is 8 Bit , the one on the right W Bit and the one on the left is 8 Bit , What I need to understand from here is that the higher the Bit the bigger the color pallet the more the colors gradient , that I can use freely , so if I have an image, it's really important if I am for example a photographer or somebody that is really interested in colors , and I am going to print something and it's important that the colors are clear and natural , I should use the more suitable Bit in the image for the perfect results that I need , but of course as I already said that the more the information in the image(Bit) the bigger the size the image or the file , the more you let the program consume from the ram of your computer , nearly most of the designs or the work that we are going to work on we are going to use 8 Bit only , we are going to deal with 8 Bit and we are not going to deal with W Bit or W Bit in the beginning at all , because we are not going to dig deeper in this point , but we need to know the concept as a starter , What is the meaning of 8 Bit, W Bit and W Bit? , and when would I need each of them? , if the colors are important to me or that the image would look flawless , as we already seen in the previous image , if it's important that this demerit would't appear in the image , according to that we choose the suitable Bit , by this we now have reached the end of the theoretical part that we need , so that we can start working in the program fearlessly, nothing would be hard , But the concept that we already gained from those small things that we learned , but we understood what is really important for now , the important thing is that we start with no distractions , you may underestimate these theoretical things that we discussed , but when you get started with working in the program , these essentials are extremely important , it's what could start your file or build up your project or your image , I wish that you all have benefited from this video , if you'vie got any questions or comments, you can comment in within the comment section bellow the video , Till the next time , and Goodbye .
